doto223 what are the length and waist measurements, please? Our knee height varies. Also can you tell the fabric?

sueannmills10 @doto223 28” waist (made with spandex, so it can stretch) 18” measured from the drop waist. I’m 5’6” and the skirt hits me at the knee (Polyester & Rayon)
