s1lv1achristeen @ashleyb8718 Hi! Per the sizing chart and based on the sizing you provided I would guess a medium. I would suggest taking your pant/dress size into consideration as well. The Romper is true to size - I wear a size 14/36C and the XL fit fine with a little room to spare.

The small would be more form fitting but not tight or uncomfortable because of the stretch in the fabric and the medium would be a little looser (which I believe is the intended style/fit of this Romper). Please let me know if you have any other questions!

s1lv1achristeen @jadehulsey Hi! I would say that because the style is loose and fabric is stretchy the size medium could fit a size 8 easily and comfortably. However, if you'd like for it to have the intended style/fit (loose) than yes, a size 4 or 6 could get the medium.
