deniseejanet Well once i purchase it will be in your "balance" in the "pending" section because you can't redeem your money until the item is in MY hands once you've shipped. Then once the money is transferred to your "redeemable" section that's when you transfer it to your bank account etc OR leave it there and just use it to to buy stuff on here :)
