@debbimiller I am sooooo sorry Debbie. I apologize each time I came to your listing I got busy. I am trying to refresh my memory about the sizes. I believe I did a Large, because you said it runs small? Is this correct. I am a 36 bust, 31 inch waist, and need at least 19 inches across from armpit to armpit laying flat. Is this good enough. Also I was asking would you accept lower than $28. Lmk

Debbie can you pleeaassee recheck the item you send me. I like this shirt, but I am currently disappointed in a seller who sent a beautiful outfit with a few flaws one being major on a white outfit. It has a blue ink pen mark. I just want to make sure there is no peeling. Thank you.;)

@debbimiller Hey Girl! Thanks for getting back to me! Ok, so I'm glad we're discussing the size because the Large measures 17" armpit to armpit so that would have been too small for you! Armpit to armpit the XL measures 18", the XXL measures 19" and now I have a XXXL that measures 20". These shirts are new from the manuf and great quality (check my reviews), for that reason the pricing is form at $28.~Debbi

@boyds2004 Hi Shakira- in order to lower the shipping I'll have to make a new listing with a high listing price and then lower the listing price to $28. Once I lower the price, if the reduced shipping kicks in, then you'll need to purchase within an hour in order to receive the reduced shipping. Later this morning I'll create the listing and tag you, then you'll need to "like" the listing and I'll lower the price to $28 and hopefully the reduced shipping will kick in (sometimes it doesn't).
