ivonjo Was the bottom of the skirt tight because of the hips? Would you mind measuring the width of the hips? And how much stretch does it have?

justine0520 @ivonjo I would say mostly yes to it not fitting because of the hips. It measured at 16 in across where it would hit the hips. It has some stretch. 95% polyester 5% elastane

justine0520 @ivonjo I should say I think it’s where it hits my hips also. I have very high hips and not a lot of torso. Not sure if that makes a difference but maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️
