This is a navy or true blue raincoat by R.E.I. It has a double zipper closure in front and Velcro. It has a secret pocket inside where the double zipper is. Lots of pockets! Bungee cord at the waist and bottom, Velcro at the wrists. The hood tucks away. It has moisture wicking inside. Some lint in the Velcro but that is normal. Fall, winter, rainy day, camping, outdoors.
