kkpm @katievaldes21 I am not 100% sure, so I am going to err on the safe side and say it is water resistant, not waterproof.

kkpm @sweetjane44 measurements are as follows: Shoulder seam to cuff 23.5 in Collar to bottom 33 in Armpit to armpit 19 in Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16 in. Please let me know if there is another measurement you would like to have.
