@crodeo2004 I'd say kind of a combo of both? Since it has adjustable straps, you can tighten it to make it more fitted at the top, or leave them loose for a more relaxed look. It's definitely not "tight" throughout by any means, it's for sure flowy but can be tightened on the shoulders to make it more fitted! The bottom is definitely flowy though!
