REFORMATION Bucatini Dress, Size 4, White, NWT with defects

Beautiful 100% linen dress, well made/high quality, great for summer or early fall. Can be dressed up or dressed down. Purchased new cost: $248. This was purchased NWT and has never been worn. However, it does have two defects, the first is a missing button in the back and the second is a small brown stain near the bottom left hem. I have never tried to remove stain, do not know if it would wash off or not. Please see photos for full details. Imo these are both easy to fix/do not affect the garment significantly. Non smoking and pet free household.
