REFLEX super thick white women's 80% cotton hoodie

This REFLEX women's hoodie sweatshirt is listed as extra large but fits like a medium. I received it last week and was totally disappointed because I love the sweatshirt! but I'm way too big for this. pit to pit 18" and length 21" Please check pics for measurements. 80% cotton, 20% polyester. It's in excellent used condition zipper works perfectly, and it's still very white, not a mark on it. CALIFORNIA!
