patepies @laskinr the sleeves are from shoulder to cuff 17 1/2 inches. From top of collar to bottom 21 inched. And from side to side it is 17 inches . the color are a navy blue and black mix with silver patches going through. It is a beautiful jacket. perfect over a black dress.
