So I bought this when Brandy first opened in California about 4-5 years ago.. It doesn't have a Brandy tag (never came with one) but I for sure bought it at Brandy melville. I never wear it but I'm obsessed with it, and it obviously hasn't been sold for a long ass time so it's rare. Make me a REASONABLE offer (no low balling please)
