REDUCED Navy Sequin Fitted Ruffle Evening/Prom/Special Occasion gown

SLNY fitted Evening/Special Occasion/Prom gown with ruffle going down the side of the bottom, sequined lace top with scalloped edges in the bodice, and peep a boo scalloped opening in the back. Lace is beautiful. Knit under skirt with shear tulle over the skirt, the lace top has lined bodice and darts so it can be worn without a bra. This beautiful gown is sexy and feminine.
