laurennichelson @selenaacm it has a cinched waist, that just flows down below that. It is definitely flows around the hips, I would say it's almost perfect for family functions, going out during the day, or even church. It's so elegant, I love the dress. I just can't freaking where it with my bra (it's too big) :/
