This light purple dress I bough from buckle. It has Lacey fringe ruffles & regular ruffles on the bust area & along the bottom of the dress. The straps cross-cross in that back, they are adjustable. Please excuse the white marks, they are stuck on the mirror. Its an old mirror) I'm open to trades. :))

beth_jock @colioli29 Yes, it has thin straps & yes, it's pictured with the vest. It's a size 4. My bust is too much for the empire waist going on in the front. But it's super adorable!
