Does the waist tie adjust the fit or is it fixed in place? (Doesn’t move-purely for decoration)
Also- I know it’s gross, 🤢 but I have to ask, any pit stains? Sorry!

the bow is self tie, but the ribbon is fixed in place. You can cinch it though with the bow - just depends on how you'd like to style it. No pit stains!
