RED Jen's Pirate Booty Graffiti Bridge crop one shoulder tie top blouse S

Just bought this top, but it's a bit too small for me :-(. This is the GRAFFITI BRIDGE blouse from Jen's Pirate Booty. PLEASE NOTE, that this color is listed as "red" on JPB's site, but in person, it is more of a very pale red/watermelon color. NOT lipstick red. Made from 100% cotton (not the gauzy material, just plain cotton). Unlined. Features one balloon sleeve with an elastic wrist and ties on the side. Size S. I feel like this top runs a little bit small. I have a 34B chest and once I got the upper tie tied on the side, my cup size was a bit too big for side coverage in this top. I feel like you need to be smaller around than my bust measurement and have a flatter chest to make this work properly since you can't really wear a bra with it.
