“REBEL” Necklace - red letters on a Safety Pin

NPC43. Love this! SASSY. A necklace, darker silver in color, that consists of the letters REBEL dangling from a safety pin. A little punk-ish, but not over-the-top. Unsure of maker or what material is. Condition good, could use a cleaning. Letter R has tiny part of enamel missing. Assuming enameled paint that makes the color. Light tarnish.
