Like all Reba products, this skirt has beautiful fabrication. The skirt has two layers, an inner liner that has a pastel print that coordinates with the gorgeous outer lace layer. The lace has a beautiful design in lovely shades of blue and white print. The cut is A-line, with a smooth upper portion that flares out to a fuller lower portion. Length is 32 inches so it is a little below the knee or midi depending on your height. The waist is a smooth elastic pull on. The waist is smooth, not bunched, and has no closures. It is like new and as no damage or signs of wear.
