selfmadebabes An offer is the start to a sale. You should watch Grant Cardone. Negotiations are fun and part of the sales process. I would not take offense to low offers. It just means someone is ready to purchase but perhaps not now. It’s your job to sell the product: I wouldn’t recommend a take it or leave it attitude xo

crouse27 @selfmadebabes Thanks for the info. I have been selling on Posh for quite a few years and I don’t normally respond to offers that are that much lower than the selling price. To me that has typically meant in the past that someone is not a serious buyer
