REASONABLE OFFERS CHART

Here is a chart for buyers to figure out if their offer is fair or just down right insulting. I am a really fair seller, just ask any of my prior customers, but I will NOT entertain anything in the red, which is 40 to 50% off or more. That is just shameful to even ask a seller. My life motto is, "Treat others the way that you'd like to be treated," that motto can be applied here as well. How would you like to be insulted with lowball offers daily?
