Key Date. 2.5g Rare minting error on 1949s Dime that caused the coin to show 1940 instead 1949. It also appears to have had the mint mark Repunched as welp as some Doubling on both the obverse and reverse. **READ** I am not a Numismatist, nor am I an expert by any means.
