This is SO helpful/informative & breaks down such important info for PM buyers to consider when shopping/submitting offers (info they’re prob not aware of unless they’re also sellers- I know I had NO idea about the % PM gets per sale til I started selling here 2 🤯) & it’s presented in a easy-to-understand, visually pleasing way.
