READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUYING Everlane Petra Leather Tote

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kmjuba. It was not what I expected and I want to make sure that you, my fellow Posh-er, are prepared for what this bag’s condition actually is. The leather is separated at the upper edge seam by several inches, in other words, the outer leather and the inner lining top edge leather have a seam at the top and the stitching has worn away. I’m sure it could be fixed beautifully, but, personally, I wouldn’t carry this bag as is. Additionally, the handles are very cracked in several places. I have seen YouTubes of how to repair this. Also, the inside lining is dirty which really turned me off. It’s not *horribly* dirty, and there’s no smell thank god, but nonetheless I wasn’t motivated to put items into it! You might say I was the opposite of motivated. Last but not least, there are some scuffs on the outside, not very noticeable, but they are there, and I want you to know about them. I am telling you about these flaws now, buyer beware. Please look at the pictures carefully and please enlarge the pictures to see flaws clearly, please know what you’re getting! On the plus side, this is a famous-ish bag that was popular with several celebrities a few years back. It’s a gorgeous way to carry a LOT. I still feel it is a valuable item, and I also know that with a skilled purse restorationist, this could be a beautiful, beautiful piece. Thanks for reading, happy Posh-ing! Questions?
