New RC Rachel by Dewi. S Womens Shirt with Gather Waist Size Medium. I do not understand the tag, and am not sure if this shirt is a medium or a large. It feels like silk. Has a metal butterfly attached at the bottom of the v-neck. I think it is Indian made. It is a pretty burgundy with lighter streaks running through it.
