Necklace is approximately 6.75" wide across top scallop of collar and approximately 6" long from top crystals to bottom with sparkling glass stones,velvet tie is adjustable.  Necklace is manufactured with 10% velvet ribbon,20% cotton fabric,20% flannelette fabric,15% acrylic cabs,20% glass stones and 15% brass. Truly a statement piece. Necklace is brand new,unused, plastic baggy opened for photos purchased directly from Banana Republic.
