Bought this a couple of years ago thinking I needed it, along with the lined version of the same coat. I maybe wore it 1-2 short times. Still feels and looks brand new. Great for layering wool underneath it. The wax material is fantastic, rain water runs right off of it. Stored in a smokeless and pet-less household.
