Vintage designer skirt from the Fall/Winter 2000 collection. Same as the one seen on Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 5, Episode 12, titled “Checkpoint” while she argues with her professor about Rasputin.
