RARE Vintage Vendome Silver Bib and Pearl Necklace and Clip-On Earrings Set

Lovely Vintage NEW necklace with a nice size silver bib approx. 6"X1" and graduating pearls totaling approx17-18" finished length. Necklace has original tag. Earrings are 1"X.5" but are tarnished, I don't know how to clean them - not sure if they are silver plated. I am not charging for them but including them in case you know how to deal with them., would hate to separate the set.
