RARE Vintage Moschino Cheap and Chic 90s Y2K Silk Column Maxi Dress

The vintage Cheap and Chic by Moshino dress is in excellent condition with minor flaws. From the late 90s, early 2000s. There is what looks like a bleach stain at the bottom front of dress as pictured. The size and material tag have been. The bottom fabric has some stretch, some give. The bodice is stiff with a sheer black layer over a white fabric. Fran Drescher worn the blazer and suit version of the dress in the show The Nanny.
