RARE Vintage 1940's -1950's Coat

WPL numbers were issued from 1941 through 1959 under the Wool Products Labeling Act. WPL numbers begin at 00101 and end at 13669. This particular coat is labeled WPL 12299 and is a size 10. There is no way of telling exactly what year it was made, however you can rest assured it was created between 1941 through 1959. I am 5'3 for your reference!
