RARE VINTAGE VENDOME MULTI LEVEL RHINESTONE BROOCH

excellent very rare signed VENDOME multi layer rhinestone brooch.Very sparkly,yet does have some darker spots due to age.I had it appraised a few years ago @300+. I am lowering price due to the few darker spots.I could not find another like this anywhere,on any website. non magnetic so must be silver plated.
