RARE VINTAGE LIP SERVICE VATICAN DRESS

Hard to find in blue!! This is a vintage Lip service mini dress in size medium. Can fit small. The zipper is broken but those are easy and cheap to fix. I may decide to keep, so this may not be posted for long. I either would like to TRADE for the red and black skull top or other similar rarity items, or sell for the listed price.
