RARE VINTAGE FABRIQUE EN FRANCE WOMEN'S STRETCH WRAP BELT

This beautiful VINTAGE FABRIQUE EN FRANCE WOMEN'S STRETCH WRAP BELT is part genuine leather measuring 4 1/2" wide to 3" wide on the front with a seam edge elastic stretch fabric for the rest. The elastic does show some signs of stretch (see photos) near the leather on each side. In my opinion it does not detract from the beauty of the belt. It has a brass button hook that works great.... The feathers on the front are in great shape ...the 2 brass pieces holding them on need some polish. They do have some tarnish...not sure what level they will come back. It measures 38" in total length ...I would say it is equal to a size Large.... Definitely makes a statement and would look awesome with a dress!!!
