RARE VINTAGE (40S OR OLDER) ATC 1-2-3 CLOTH DOLL RED RIDING HOOD GRANDMA WOLF. Condition is "Used". Here is a rare ATC 1-2-3 Doll Red Riding Hood, Grandma, and the Wolf Cloth doll was made in Republic of China (so, I have to assume, in 1949 or earlier) by the Astra Trading Corp. Ingenious (and somewhat creepy) cloth doll transforms from Little Red Riding Hood into Grandma by turning her upside down and flipping the dress from solid red to floral print. Then turn back Grandma's cap and it's the wolf! The doll has yarn hair, the facial features are painted or stamped on, and the box proudly states that the dress is made of permanent press material. Doll is in its original box and measures approximately 18" tall. I found this at an antique store; it's in seriously vintage condition: the box is complete but imperfect, and the doll has some discoloration. Dress is excellent condition. See all pictures.
