NEVER USED. RARE & VINTAGE 1980s By Design JCPenney Midnight Orchid Valance. VIBRANT and GORGEOUS Colors I never used this. I bought it decades ago and it has been in storage since. VERY RARE - I have NOT seen this anywhere else. Very long. Measures roughly 308”-309” long. Measures roughly 13.5” top to bottom. Last photo shows the old tag (I don’t have the tag any longer). Second to last photo - I am showing the other side of the valance here.
