This New Smocked Pink Dress in Size 18 Months is Gorgeous! This Rare style is just beautiful!! The pale pink sleeveless dress has a Peter Pan collar that is trimmed in a lovely, delicate French Lace with faggoting stitching. An overlay flap covers the upper bodice and is adorned with a sweet white floral embroidered vine. Double layers of French lace are scalloped across the entire width of the front of the dress.Just above the waist is intricate lattice designed smocking. The back has an upper button closure and a tie back sash for a perfect fit.
