This is an AUTHENTIC RETIRED Jay Strongwater Frame. This VERY RARE frame was purchased from Saks Fifth Avenue. This frame is tiara style done in black and a rectangular shape. A STUNNING design adds charm to this sparkling frame. The back and trim is done in an antique gold-tone. The back also bears the Jay Strongwater name. Easel back frame. The frame is accented in Swarovski crystals on the front of the frame. A classic frame and wonderful accent to any home decor.
