Brand New Without Box The Doernbecher Freestyle Collection model was released in the 2018 and designed by Doernbecher Children’s Hospital patient Payton Fentress, who was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2010. The multicolor Zoom Fly SP shoe takes inspiration from Payton’s electric personality, as well as his two favorite sports teams, the Chicago Cubs and the Portland Trailblazers.
