In wonderful pre owned condition size 1 (4-6) best fits a small Gorgeous button down “coat” not really a coat but that’s part of the name! Perfect cover up! It does have high slit so I don’t think it could be worn as a dress unless you have the right undergarments or a slip underneath. Sold out style and hard to find!! 100% cotton
