RARE James Avery blue dot finial charm bead pendant HTF

This is a VERY rare James Avery finial glass bead charm. It's silver and blue transparent glass with opaque sky blue, lime green, white dots. This one is not chipped or scratched and is in IMPECCABLE condition because it was used as a pendant and not alongside other charms on a bracelet rubbing things scratching things or getting dull. If there are any at all it might have scuffs from normal wear but I see none so it’s in new condition! Loop is not cut! This is ULTRA RARE and in this condition even more so.
