PRICE IS FIRM. This is an AUTHENTIC Jay Strongwater Picture Frame. This is from Bergdorf Goodman and from the RETIRED Duchess Collection. It is VERY RARE and RETIRED years ago! A butterfly crystal-encrusted rectangular frame makes the perfect statement for this lovely frame. This is hand-painted enamel over metal. Hand-set multi-color Swarovski crystals. It is an antique gold finish metal and accented with Swarovski crystals. Comes from a non-smoking home. This has a clip back or easel back design to this frame. Measures 2 1/4"L by 1 11/16"W. It holds a picture that measures 1 1/8"L by 3/4"W. This does have a plastic cover over the frame and not glass...this is how this frame was originally. Pictures of actual item.
