It DOES NOT come with a quill pen. It was originally sold at the 'Harry Potter The Exhibition', so it's very rare to see. Perfect for fans and collectors! It's in good used condition. There's some scuffing to the outside, there's remnants of tags, and the plastic container has been dented a bit in the corners (as shown in the photos).
