RARE Forever 21 Silk Sleeveless Top with Satin Tie Belt, XS

Another rare gem from my vault, sadly too small. Tag states size Small however this would fit XS Comfortably. Gorgeous blue back and white printed silk with a quality satin tie sash/belt that is removable. Loops for belt on side. High neck style with fabric covered buttons behind neck. This has been worn once and dry cleaned once. Dry cleaning tag still attached. This is silk so it does NOT stretch please see measurements: Armpit-armpit across flat: 17” Length: 26” Waist across: 14.5”
