This Rare Feltman Brothers Heirloom Smocked White Dress in size 24 Months is adorable. The sweet Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a dainty scalloped embroidered lace. The short puff sleeves are banded at the hem and have a matching scalloped lace. The entire bodice is smocked with a gorgeous lattice design with pink floral bullion bouquets with green leaves spaced throughout.
