Rare Find by Julio Marsella. Gold Plated, 5 rows, Etruscan Style. Statement Necklace. Julio Marsella founded the Marner Jewelry Company in 1946 in Providence, RI. Over the years, the jewelry was marked Jewels by Julio, or Julio Marsella, or Marner. Many of the company's creations were for such well-known jewelry companies as Hobe, Hattie Carnegie, Kramer, and others. The company closed in 1967.
