nj20172018 @caseyelaine7 hi! I’m so sorry for the delay here. I think this would fit a size 2. It’s 16.5” from pit to pit when laid flat. The top is relaxed fit but tapers down to flatter the waist with hidden snap closures and a tie to cinch the waist. Let me know if you need anything wlse
