Rare Corinne Cobson vampire black min dress / tunique with open sleeves. Corinne Cobson was the maverick 1990s French fashion designer who also worked in cosmetics, lingerie and furniture design, and died in 2019 at 62 years old. Very good conditions but the belt is missing. I have never used the belt. Made in France Composition not provided but looks like Lycra Spandex and mesh for the sleeves.
