RARE! 1930s Black Velvet Dress

I love this dress so much! I wore this once to the opera in Prague. Black velvet, puffed sleeves, faux belt waist. Velvet covered button closure down the back. Please note there is one missing button on the bottom portion but it's not noticeable when all buttoned. I also do have the button so I’ll include it with the shipment. This is a delicate dress in excellent condition for its age. It's about a modern size 4. Bias cut but no stretch. Measurements when flat: Bust: 15" Waist: 14" Hips: 16" Item# 0523
