RARE--SCARCE set of two (2) circa 1925 silk thread filled glass/crystal candles by Aristo Hemill Products, New York City. These candles are very rare, as research shows these were no longer produced (past the 1930s) as the silk string material does "flare too high" however, these are certainly a beautiful piece of history to display. This pair has never been flared with flame. ;) *Amazing condition! showing no visible cracks chips or repairs. The paper base labels are a bit tattered. Go figure. The cork bottom seals are still intact sealing in the multi colored silk thread packed inside. -Rare find and super duper conversation piece. Measurements are approx: 9" tall 3/4" base circumference *PLEASE NOTE; the vintage items in my shop are not new and can show signs of usage from a well loved history/past.
